E-Book ini merupakan luaran hibah dari Kemendiktisaintek tahun 2025 skema penelitian fundamental reguler.
E-book ini dirancang untuk memperkenalkan Bahasa Inggris pada anak-anak Sekolah Dasar dengan mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal daerah Kalimantan Selatan melalui teknologi Augmented Reality (AR). Buku ini akan menggabungkan gambar-gambar budaya lokal dengan elemen interaktif yang dapat dikenali dan diaktivasi melalui perangkat mobile, membawa pengalaman belajar yang lebih menarik dan menyenangkan.
Puji syukur ke hadirat Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, karena atas rahmat-Nya, e-book interaktif berjudul "Learning English with South Kalimantan Culture" ini dapat disusun dan dikembangkan sebagai media pembelajaran inovatif untuk anak-anak Sekolah Dasar.
E-book ini dirancang untuk mengenalkan kearifan lokal Kalimantan Selatan kepada generasi muda sejak dini. Melalui pendekatan bilingual (Bahasa Inggris dan Bahasa Indonesia) serta dukungan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR), anak-anak tidak hanya membaca dan melihat gambar, tetapi juga berinteraksi secara langsung dengan budaya lokal melalui animasi 3D, suara, dan permainan edukatif.
Pemilihan tema budaya lokal Kalimantan Selatan, seperti rumah adat Rumah Bubungan Tinggi, makanan khas Soto Banjar, kehidupan masyarakat dan keluarga Banjar, serta pentingnya peran sungai, bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan rasa cinta budaya dan kebanggaan daerah sekaligus meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris secara kontekstual dan menyenangkan.
Harapan kami, buku ini dapat menjadi media pembelajaran yang bermanfaat, memperkaya wawasan anak-anak, serta menjadi referensi kreatif bagi guru, orang tua, dan pengembang pendidikan lainnya. Selamat belajar dan selamat berpetualang mengenal budaya Kalimantan Selatan!

Banjarese people are from South Kalimantan. Men wear closed jacket. It is a jacket with trousers, and Laung which covered the head. Women wear Baju Kurung. It is a midi dress, with Tapih and veil to cover the head. They wear these clothes at weddings and parties. The clothes are colorful and pretty. Look at the pictures below!
